A creator herself of an important brand in the legal field, Barros & Wallace Advogados, Ismênia de Barros Wallace holds a law degree from the University of Alfenas and a specialization in Intellectual Property Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP).

Since 1995, she has worked in the field, gaining experience at prominent law firms before founding her own practice, specializing in intellectual property, in 2003.

In addition to her vast experience in defending and managing trademarks, patents, and drafting technology transfer agreements, she has handled litigation involving intellectual
property rights in both judicial and administrative spheres.
