The other intellect behind the creation of Barros & Wallace Advogados is Kenneth René Ouchana Wallace, who holds a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, with specializations in Intellectual Property Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP) and Corporate Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP).
Additionally, he serves as an arbitrator for the Dispute Resolution Chamber on Domain Names (CASD-ND) of the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI).
Throughout his extensive career, he has been involved in disputes over intellectual property rights and domain names before the World Intellectual Property Organization’s (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Center, as well as in litigation concerning intellectual property rights in both judicial and administrative contexts.
